1880's Art Nouveau Victorian Lady Bust W/Bonnet 23" Tall

Gorgeous 1880's Victorian lady bust, with exquisite detail and bonnet too.
In excellent condition, with some light scuff marks that are not noticeable.
Is made of some sort of heavy stone plaster mix and has a copper outside
shell. It was probably dipped many times in copper and then painted by the
artist. This appears to be a European bust, possibly Austrian or German.
Very heavy. Weighs 20 lbs.
Measures: 23" tall x 14" wide x 8" deep. Lady bust stands 17" alone.
